- Follow Indigenous organizers directly, and amplify their words rather than your interpretation of them.
Follow, don’t lead
- Support the priorities Indigenous communities set, on their terms and timeline.
Show up materially
- Donate to Indigenous-led organizations and legal funds, and respect requests about when and how to participate.
Respect sovereignty
- Center free, prior, and informed consent in every campaign affecting Indigenous lands and waters.
